CLIMBERS AND SELF-RESCUE

Every lead climber should have some knowledge of self-rescue. This can include knowing how to prussik, perform hoists, abseil past a knot, lower past a knot, escape the system, and how to do an assisted abseil with an injured climber.

Our anchors course is for those who may not want to become a lead climber but want to be able to set up their own top rope and abseil systems using a variety of anchor types including wires, nuts and cams.
